Mary Samuel

Mary (management, mechanic) is sort of a jack of all trades. After meeting Kendall in 2020, she jumped head first in to learning everything about automotive performance and racing. Mary is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in motorsport engineering with the National Motorsport Academy to expand her knowledge to better assist and advise the passionate people who walk through the doors of Mechanical Advantage Racing.

In 2023, Mary worked alongside Kendall to build a Pikes Peak worthy car from the chassis up, supporting him as he competed in that year’s hill climb. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with cancer and underwent 6 months of chemotherapy and radiation. She decided as a motivator she would apply for the 2024 running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. She would go on to drive the car her and Kendall built together in 2023 to the summit in 2024 where her and Kendall said their vows.

Outside of the automotive world, Mary enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, equestrian sports, photography, and anything creative.
